Charity of the Month
The Exchange Club of Tacoma will be the Charity of the Month for September at Ginger's Corner Cafe - 4823 South 66th ST, Tacoma. Come celebrate with us and buy a sundae or other food item at Sundae Saturday on Saturday, September 15th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Ginger's will donate to our club 10% of the gross sales for the week of September 15th thru the 21st. Bring a friend and learn about Exchange. - This was a resounding success!
Salmon Bake
The Exchange club of Tacoma together with the Exchange Club of Lakewood and the Business Masters Exchange Club of Tacoma will be holding their second annual salmon bake on Saturday, September 29th at the First Congregational Church, 209 South J ST, Tacoma starting at 5:00PM. This event will include a silent auction as well as entertainment. This is our big fund raiser for the year. - This fun evening raised over $1500 for Exchange Club projects.
Woodstick 2007
This weekend (October 27th) we will be volunteering at Woodstick. The fundraiser is seeking funds for hearing regeneration research . . . after listening to hundreds of drummers, we may need even more hearing help.
EFN Auction
Also, this weekend many of us will leave Woodstick and head directly to the Emergency Food Network Auction to raise money for hungry people here in Pierce County.
